The 4th

Hey,
It's 7 45. I've had to get up relatively early the past few days, and that's not fun this time of year. I should be able to sleep a lot. The Celebrate America Celebration at James River was really good. Me and Garrett walked around for 5 hours amidst 100,000 people( pretty much all of Spfd), then saw some stellar fireworks. Oh dang, I forgot to get any funnel cakes. Dang it. People would be walking by with it, and it smelled SO good. But the line was 3 miles long, so I just forgot I guess.
Leeland was playing. They are really awesome. This is an excerpt from a letter I wrote to Klayre last night right after we saw them
"Me and Garrett watched Leeland play 3 songs, b/c his parents were ready to get home, but they were great. Probably their best 3. They're even in person than they are on Cd. I was pretty much the only person even vaguely excited about it. Jumping up and down and singing and stuff. Oh well. That band has such a super flippin amazing awesome sweet heart for God. Other bands that I like that are secular or mostly meaningless semi Christian are good, but they just don't get me like a band like an explicitly Christian band like Leeland does.
I've got to go now.
